do you turn off your cell phone

I usually do not turn off my cell phone. Why? I have no idea. After reading an article, I seemed to understand a little bit: for that little bit of caring.
I am now sharing this story with you.
The girl would turn her cell phone off and put it by her photo on the desk every night before going to bed. This habit has been with her ever since she bought the phone.
The girl had a very close boyfriend. When they couldn't meet, they would either call or send messages to each other. They both liked this type of communication.
One night, the boy really missed the girl. When he called her however, the girl's cell phone was off because she was already asleep. The next day, the boy asked the girl to leave her cell phone on at night because when he needed to find her and if could not, he would be worried.
From that day forth, the girl began a new habit. Her cell phone never shuts down at night. Because she was afraid that she might not be able to hear the phone ring in her sleep, she tried to stay very alert. As days passed, she became thinner and thinner. Slowly, a gap began to form between them.
The girl wanted to revive their relationship. One night, she called the boy. However what she got was a sweet female voice: "Sorry, the subscriber you dailed is power off."
The girl knew that her love has just been turned off.
After a long time, the girl has a new love. No matter how well they got along, the girl however refused to get married. In the girl's heart, she always remembered that boy's words and the night when that phone was power off.
The girl still keeps the habit of leaving her cell phone on all throughout the night, but not expecting that it'll ring.
One night, the girl fell ill. In moment of fluster, instead of calling her parents, she dialed the new boy's cell phone. The boy was already asleep but his cell phone was still on.
Later, the girl asked the boy: "Why don't you turn your cell phone off at night?"
The boy answered: "I'm afraid that if you need anything at night and aren't able to find me, you'll worry."
The girl finally married the boy.
Later at night, do you turn off your cell phone?

english story

Think of life as a game in which you are playing with five balls in the air.
You name them work, family, health, friends and spirit and you keep all of them in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball.
If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls, family, health, friends and spirit, are made of glasses.
If you drop one of these, they will be broken.
They will never be the same.
You must understand that and try to have balance in your life.
How? Don’t look down on your worth by comparing yourself with others.
It is because we are different and each of us is special. Don’t let other people set goals for you. Only you know what is best for yourself. Don’t give up when you still have something to give. Nothing is really over until the moment you stop trying. Don’t be afraid to fight difficulties.
It is by taking chances that we learn how to be brave.
Don’t shut love out of your life by saying it’s impossible.
The quickest way to receive love is to give it; the fastest way to lose love is to hold it too tightly the best way to keep love is to give it wings.
Don’t run through life so fast that you forget not only where you’ve been, but also where you are going. Don’t be afraid to learn.
Knowledge is weightless. It’s a treasure you can always carry easily.
Don’t use time or words carelessly. You can’t get them back.
Life is not a competition, but a trip, step by step.
Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today is a gift: that’s why we call it “the present”.

love and time

Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love.
One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed their boats and left. Except for Love.
Love was the only one who stayed. Love wanted to hold out until the last possible moment. When the island had almost sunk, Love decided to ask for help.
Richness was passing by Love in a grand boat. Love said,
"Richness, can you take me with you?"
Richness answered, "No, I can't. There is a lot of gold and silver in my boat. There is no place here for you."
Love decided to ask Vanity who was also passing by in a beautiful vessel. "Vanity, please help me!"
"I can't help you, Love. You are all wet and might damage my boat," Vanity answered. Sadness was close by so Love asked, "Sadness, let me go with you."
"Oh . . . Love, I am so sad that I need to be by myself!"
Happiness passed by Love, too, but she was so happy that she did not even hear when Love called her.
Suddenly, there was a voice, "Come, Love, I will take you." It was an elder. Love felt so blessed and overjoyed that he even forgot to ask the elder’s name . When they arrived at dry land, the elder went her own way.
Love asked Knowledge, another elder, "Who Helped me?"
"It was Time," Knowledge answered.
"Time?" asked Love. "But why did Time help me?"
Knowledge smiled with deep wisdom and answered, "Because only Time is capable of understanding how valuable Love is."

about two men

There were once two men, both seriously ill,in the same small room of a hospital. The room had only onewindow.
One of the men was allowed to sit up in bed for an hour in the afternoon. His bed was next to the
window. But the other man had to spend all of his time lying on his back.
Every afternoon when the man next to the window was helped by the nurse to sit up for his hour ,he would pass the time by describing what he could see outside:the window seemed opposite a park wherethere was a lake.
There were ducks and swans swimming in it and children came to feed them bread. There
were flowers and grass.Behind some trees ,there was a fine view of the city skyline.
The man on his back would listen to the other man describe all of this, enjoying every minute.
The other man's descriptions made him feel he could almost see what was happening outside. Then one afternoon,he thought:Why should the man next to the window have the pleasure of seeing what was going on?
Why shouldn't he get the chance? One night, the other man suddenly woke up and coughed
without stopping. His hands reached for the button that that would bring the nurse running to help him.
But the man on his back watched without moving——even when the sound of the other man's breathing stopped.
In the morning ,the nurse found the other man dead, and quietly took his body away.
Then the man asked if he could be changed to the bed next to the window. So they moved him.
The minute they left,he supported himself up on one elbow painfully and looked out of the window.
In faced a blank wall.

the bird

There is a kind of bird who can fly ten thousands of miles across the Pacific Ocean. While what it needs is just a twig. The bird holds a twig in its mouth as it flies. When it feels tired, it drops the twig onto the water, flies down abd rests on it for a while; when hungry, it stands ches fish; when sleepy, it stands on it to sleep.Who can imagine the little bird succeeds in flying across the Pacific Ocean only depending on atwig? If it doesn't hold a twig in its mouth but take all the things needed on its trip such as its nest, food and so on, can the bird fly up?If one blindly asks too much for the conditions to succeed, even the best condition will turn to be his burden like the gold tied to the wings.Succeess is to creat the conditions when needed, just as that kind of bird flies across the Pacific Ocean with atwig to base itself on for survival and flight.

The House of 1000 Mirrors

Long ago in a small, faraway village, there was a place known as the House of 1000 Mirrors.
A small, happy little dog learned of this place and decided to visit.
When he arrived, he hounced happily up the stairs to the doorway of the house.
He looked through the doorway with his ears lifted high and his tail wagging as fast as it could.
To his great surprise, he found himself staring at 1000 other happy little dogs with their tails
wagging just as fast as his.
He smiled a great smile, and was answered with 1000 great smiles just as warm and firendly.
As he left the House, he thought to himself, "This is a wonderful place.
I will come back and visit it often." In this same village, another little dog, who was not quite as happy as the first one,
decided to visit the house.
He slowly climbed the stairs and hung his head low as he looked into the door.
When he saw the 1000 unfriendly looking dogs staring back at him,
he growled at them and was horrified to see 1000 little dogs growling back at him.
As he left, he thought to himself, "That is a horrible place, and I will never go back there again." All the faces in the world are mirrors.
What kind of reflections do you see in the faces of the people you meet?

last weekend

I enjoyed my last weekend. I done a lot of things. On Friday, I went to London by train. When I reached my home is 20 o’clock and my sister waited for me to make dumplings. So we had dinner at 22 o’clock. On Saturday, I got up about 11 o’clock. Then I went up China town and saw my friends. We had lunch together, then we walked to Oxford Street to shopping which is a popular street for shopping, but it’s far from China town. So when I arrived at 22 o’clock, I was feeling very tired, so I went to bed at 11 o’clock. On Sunday, I wake up at 14 o’clock, I done my homework, and read book which a book talk about vampire. Then I came back at 20:30.It’s a special weekend for me. Because I saw a friend who is my best friend in my high school and we have not seen each other for one year.

sleep

Sleet is part of a person's daily activity cycle. There are several different stages of sleep, and they too occur in cycles. If you are an average sleeper, your sleep cycle is as follows. When you fist drift off into slumber, your eyes will roll about a bit, you temperature will drop slightly, your muscles will relax, and your breathing well slow and become quite regular.
Your brain waves slow and become quite regular. Your brain waves slow down a bit too, with the alpha rhythm of rather fast waves 1 sleep. For the next half hour or so, as you relax more and more, you will drift down through stage 2 and stage 3 sleep. The lower your stage of sleep. slower your brain waves will be. Then about 40to 69 minutes after you lose consciousness you will have reached the deepest sleep of all. Your brain will show the large slow waves that are known as the delta rhythm. This is stage 4 sleep. You do not remain at this deep fourth stage all night long, but instead about 80 minutes after you fall into slumber, your brain activity level will increase again slightly. The delta rhythm will disappear, to be replaced by the activity pattern of brain waves. Your eyes will begin to dart around under your closed eyelids as if you were looking at something occurring in front of you.
This period of rapid eye movement lasts for some 8 to 15 minutes and is called REM sleep. It is during REM sleep period, your body will soon relax again, your breathing will slip gently back from stage 1 to stage 4 sleep----only to rise once again to the surface of near consciousness some 80 minutes later.

the two travelers

Many years ago two men were traveling together They were walking along a road in the wood.
Then they found a beautiful ax on the ground. One of them picked it up and said, “Look here have found an ax.”
“Don't say I, but we have found the ax,” said the other “We are friends. We ought to share it between us.”
“No,” said the first one, “I found the ax, so it is mine.”
Soon after they heard someone running after them. They looked back. They found He called out, “Stop, thieves! Stop, thieves !”
The first traveler said, “What shall we do? He is running after us. We shall be caught by him.” “Don't say we, but I shall be caught. You found the ax, and you say it is yours,” said the other, and left him alone.
The first traveler tried to hide the ax, but he did not know where to hide it. And at last he was caught by the owner of the ax.

the cock and the jewel

One fine morning, a cock said to the hens and chickens, “Come, let us go out to find some food. We have not had our breakfast yet.”
Then the cock began to dig the soft earth. Suddenly he cried, “Look, look! I have found something strange. I wonder what it is. It is like a ball. But it is not a stone. It may be an egg of some bird.”
The hens heard his cry and came around him. One of them said, “Dear me! This is not an egg, but a jewel. Someone has lost it.” A chicken asked, “Can we eat it?”
“No,” said the hen, “It is very precious to human beings, but it is of no use to us; we cannot eat it. Throw it away and try to find some worms. I want to have one worm than all the jewels in the world.”

story 3

But as all too many people with severe chronic diseases know, loved ones can disappear, leaving them to bear their difficulties in lonely isolation. Social rejection activates the very zones of the brain that generate, among other things, the sting of physical pain. Matthew D. Lieberman and Naomi Eisenberg of U.C.L.A. (writing in a chapter in “Social Neuroscience: People Thinking About People,” M.I.T. Press, 2005) have proposed that the brain’s pain centers may have taken on a hypersensitivity to social banishment because exclusion was a death sentence in human prehistory. They note that in many languages the words that describe a “broken heart” from rejection borrow the lexicon of physical hurt.
So when the people who care about a patient fail to show up, it may be a double blow: the pain of rejection and the deprivation of the benefits of loving contact. Sheldon Cohen, a psychologist at Carnegie-Mellon University who studies the effects of personal connections on health, emphasizes that a hospital patient’s family and friends help just by visiting, whether or not they quite know what to say.
My friend has reached that point where doctors see nothing else to try. On my last visit, he and his wife told me that he was starting hospice care.
One challenge, he told me, will be channeling the river of people who want to visit into the narrow range of hours in a week when he still has the energy to engage them.
As he said this, I felt myself tearing up, and responded: “You know, at least it’s better to have this problem. So many people go through this all alone.”
He was silent for a moment, thoughtful. Then he answered softly, “You’re right.

story 2

Mirror neurons offer a neural mechanism that explains emotional contagion, the tendency of one person to catch the feelings of another, particularly if strongly expressed. This brain-to-brain link may also account for feelings of rapport, which research finds depend in part on extremely rapid synchronization of people’s posture, vocal pacing and movements as they interact. In short, these brain cells seem to allow the interpersonal orchestration of shifts in physiology. Such coordination of emotions, cardiovascular reactions or brain states between two people has been studied in mothers with their infants, marital partners arguing and even among people in meetings. Reviewing decades of such data, Lisa M. Diamond and Lisa G. Aspinwall, psychologists at the University of Utah, offer the infelicitous term “a mutually regulating psychobiological unit” to describe the merging of two discrete physiologies into a connected circuit. To the degree that this occurs, Dr. Diamond and Dr. Aspinwall argue, emotional closeness allows the biology of one person to influence that of the other.
John T. Cacioppo, director of the Center for Cognitive and Social Neuroscience at the University of Chicago, makes a parallel proposal: the emotional status of our main relationships has a significant impact on our overall pattern of cardiovascular and neuroendocrine activity. This radically expands the scope of biology and neuroscience from focusing on a single body or brain to looking at the interplay between two at a time. In short, my hostility bumps up your blood pressure, your nurturing love lowers mine. Potentially, we are each other’s biological enemies or allies.
Even remotely suggesting health benefits from these interconnections will, no doubt, raise hackles in medical circles. No one can claim solid data showing a medically significant effect from the intermingling of physiologies.
At the same time, there is now no doubt that this same connectivity can offer a biologically grounded emotional solace. Physical suffering aside, a healing presence can relieve emotional suffering. A case in point is a functional magnetic resonance imaging study of women awaiting an electric shock. When the women endured their apprehension alone, activity in neural regions that incite stress hormones and anxiety was heightened. As James A. Coan reported last year in an article in Psychophysiology, when a stranger held the subject’s hand as she waited, she found little relief. When her husband held her hand, she not only felt calm, but her brain circuitry quieted, revealing the biology of emotional rescue.

make more friends and live longer

A dear friend has been battling cancer for a decade or more. Through a grinding mix of chemotherapy, radiation and all the other necessary indignities of oncology, he has lived on, despite dire prognoses to the contrary.
My friend was the sort of college professor students remember fondly: not just inspiring in class but taking a genuine interest in them — in their studies, their progress through life, their fears and hopes. A wide circle of former students count themselves among his lifelong friends; he and his wife have always welcomed a steady stream of visitors to their home.
Though no one could ever prove it, I suspect that one of many ingredients in his longevity has been this flow of people who love him.
Research on the link between relationships and physical health has established that people with rich personal networks — who are married, have close family and friends, are active in social and religious groups — recover more quickly from disease and live longer. But now the emerging field of social neuroscience, the study of how people’s brains entrain as they interact, adds a missing piece to that data.
The most significant finding was the discovery of “mirror neurons,” a widely dispersed class of brain cells that operate like neural WiFi. Mirror neurons track the emotional flow, movement and even intentions of the person we are with, and replicate this sensed state in our own brain by stirring in our brain the same areas active in the other person.

eyes can speak

Much meaning can be conveyed, clearly, with our eyes, so it is often said that eyes can speak.
Do you have such kind of experience? In a bus you may look at stranger, but not too long. And if he is sensing that he is being stared at, he may feel uncomfortable.
The same in daily life. If you are looked at for more than necessary, you will look at yourself up and down, to see if there is anything wrong with you. If nothing goes wrong, you will feel angry toward other’s stare with you that way. Eyes do speak, right?
Looking too long at someone may seem to be rude and aggressive. But things are different when it comes to stare at the opposite sex. If a man glances at a woman for more than 10 seconds and refuses to avert his gaze, his intentions are obvious, that is, he wishes to attract her attention, to make her understand that he is admiring her.
However, the normal eye contact for two people engaged in conversation is that the speaker will only look at the listener from time to time, in order to make sure that the listener does pay attention to what the former is speaking, to tell him that he is attentive.
If a speaker looks at you continuously when speaking, as if he tries to dominate you, you will feel disconcerted. A poor liar usually exposes himself by looking too long at the victim, since he believes in the false idea that to look straight in the eye is a sign of honest communication. Quite the contrary.
In fact, continuous eye contact is confined to lovers only, who will enjoy looking at each other tenderly for a long time, to show affection that words cannot express.
Evidently, eye contact should be done according to the relationship between two people and the specific situation.

the wolf and the crane

One day a wolf was eating his dinner hastily and swallowed a bone. It stuck in his throat. He tried to get it out, but he could not.
Just then a crane flew down to him. “ Dear Crane!” said the wolf to the crane. “I'm in trouble. A bone has stuck in my throat. Will you put your head into my throat and pull it out? You have a very long neck and I'm sure you can reach it. I will pay you well for it.”
“All right. I'll help you. Open your mouth as wide as you can,” said the crane, and put his head into the wolf’s mouth and pulled out the bone. “Thank you very much, my friend,” said the wolf. “Now I must be paid for the work,” said the crane.
“Well,” said the wolf. “You put your head into my throat, but I did not bite off your head. Isn't that enough for you? Go along and don't talk about rewards.”

what it's like to love you

To love you is to daydream of you often, think of you so much, speak of you proudly, and miss you terribly when we are apart. To love you is to cherish the warmth of your arms, the sweetness of your kiss, the friendliness of your smile, the loving sound in your voice, and the happiness we share. To love you is to never forget the adversity we have overcome, the tears we have shed, the plans we have made, the problems we have solved, and the pain of separation. To love you is to remember joyfully the days we made memorable, the moments that will live forever in our hearts, the dreams we hope for, the feelings we have for each other, the caresses and touches of love, and the exhilaration of love that fills our hearts. To love you is to need you, want you, hold you, and know you as no one else can.To love you is to realize that life without you would be no life at all...That's a little of what it's like to be in love with you!

story 1

I know one guy who lives in a relatively humble, rented home but has a luxury car and spends $25,000 a year to play at a tennis club. When I suggested that he could play tennis inexpensively in any one of several local venues, he insisted, "You have to live the lifestyle to meet the right people. Besides, they all see my car, but no one knows where I live!" I know another lifestyle junkie, a leading light at the ballet and the opera, with another expensive habit: valet parking. When the valet service is free, he still tips the valet five dollars. On one occasion when we met for lunch, the parking lot was largely empty, so I parked right next to the front door, while my friend drove up and grandly handed his keys to the valet. After lunch, we came out together and I drove off right away while my friend waited impatiently for the valet, who was nowhere to be seen. Now, I don't feel particularly humble or miserly, but I really don't understand the rationale of the luxury lifestyle. In fact, I remember the remark of a guy who ignored the champagne at a fancy reception and asked for a beer. "Hey!" he said, "I'm rich enough to drink what I want, not what looks good." These days, when I see somebody posturing beyond their means, I remember a Texas cattleman's wisecrack: "Big hat, no cattle!"

small story

Some months later we thought we'd drive by to see whether that dot-com family had moved in yet. There was a big sign out-front. Construction had stopped mid-way and the big, unfinished house was for sale. I was curious, so I dug deeper. It turns out that the dot-com IPO was valued at about $50 million, and this guy who was building the palace had sold about $3 million worth of stock during the offering, which valued his 20% stockholding at $10 million. When the stock crashed (to a fraction of the IPO price) and the company folded, his debts and commitments already exceeded the amount he had cashed in plus his stock value, and he was broke. They had made a 10% down payment on the $10 million home, and the bank was now the owner of the unfinished monstrosity. The dot-com "millionaire" was now looking for funding on his next venture. This type of escalation up the ladder of life is not limited just to the filthy-rich. I remember many years ago, a colleague at work with a salary comparable to mine had a home that seemed much larger. Perhaps he was independently wealthy. Then we both got a similar pay raise, and I heard to my amazement that he was moving to an even larger home. I asked him how he did it and he replied, "The magic of monthly payments!" A few years later, during the aerospace layoffs, I bumped into him again. He had lost his job, his wife had left him, they had sold the house during the divorce, and he was selling office supplies to make a living—a casualty of lifestyle syndrome. Our society boosts people into thinking that wealth accumulates and extrapolates endlessly. And borrowing is based on that misconception. Don't pay cash, when you can borrow and the interest is tax-deductible. When buying a car, many consider only the lease payments, not the price. If you can make the monthly payments, why not buy a boat? In reality, most assets depreciate, while expenses and liabilities (including interest) mount mercilessly. Many millionaires go bust quite quickly because they don't seem to understand these simple truths. They simply succumb to the lure of the lifestyle.

The golden pond The lure of the lifestyle

We stopped at one particularly imposing custom-home still under construction, wondering about the future occupants. Where did this wealth come from? Although we love our home in a fairly nice neighborhood in San Diego, my wife and I sometimes like to "looky-loo" at new homes—it's a kind of weekend pastime and, who knows, we might find something really special which will tempt us into moving. A couple of years ago, in one particularly expensive neighborhood, we saw homes that were bigger than we could believe: 15,000 square feet and more. This was right next to a golf club where memberships ran $75,000 a year. We were informed that everyone joined, because everyone joined. What if you didn't play golf? Well, you joined anyway, to socialize with the neighbors. That was simply part of the lifestyle. We stopped at one particularly imposing custom-home still under construction, wondering about the future occupants. Where did this wealth come from? How many children did these people have, 20? Or, perhaps their extended family—sisters and cousins and aunts—would be living there too? Our brief tour disclosed wings and lobbies and sitting rooms for the usual number of bedrooms (why do the children need lobbies?) plus game rooms and media centers and anterooms galore. The more sensible 3,000 square feet-sized house at the end of the garden turned out to be the "butler's quarters." Then we bumped into the owners. Gosh, they looked about 25! I just had to ask; it turned out they were 30-ish. They happily disclosed that their current home, not far away, was only 5,000 square feet. Too small, they insisted. How many kids did they have? Two. So, just what did they do for a living? One word explained it all: dot-com. We left, shaking our heads.

China travel

If you have two weeks free, and you expect to have a wonderful journey to China, Hangzhou is a good choice. It is known for the West Lake. Located in Hangzhou, it takes you about three and a half hour from Shanghai by car.

There is no doubt that you should definitely visit the West Lake. “Rippling waters shimmering on a sunny day, Misty Mountains shrouded in rain; plain or gaily dressed like XiZi; West Lake is always alluring”. These are the words used by the celebrated Song Dynasty poet Su Dongpo to describe Hangzhou’s West Lake. There are lots of scenes which you should view.

First is the Spring Dawn at Su Causeway which is a thin strip of land nearly three kilometers long, covered with peach and weeping willow trees. In spring, you can see many beautiful birds, flowers. And when you stand there, it smells really good. Then you can view the Lotus in the Breeze at Crooked Courtyard. Since the Southern Song Dynasty, this became a typical West Lake scene. The lakeside area with an abundant growth of lotus off its shores was known as Crooked Courtyard, and was the location of a brewery. People said the smell of lotus flowers and wine blended by the cool lake breezes was intoxicating.Next is Lingering Snow at the Broken Bridge. Actually, it's just a very normal bridge. So, why it is well-known? In winter, when it is snowy, the snows on the top of the bridge will sleek down, if you watch it very far away, it looks like a broken bridge. To sum up, Hangzhou is a really good choice for you to have a two weeks holiday. You can book a room near the West Lake, and go through every beautiful types of scenery.

Sometimes, when maybe 1 mins after class is over, he will be say"Teacher, en, class over now." He is always late about five mins in the class and he had an English-Arabic dictionary, but he told teacher it's an English-English dictionary. I like sitting next to him, because I can only speak English with him. Aziz, en, he is a handsome, smart and happy boy. I also like sitting next to him, because when I get some mistake about English words or grammar, he will be help me correct it. He is good at the grammar and prouounciation. He like smile I think, everytime I see him, he always smile, it makes me feel happy.

I'm interested in a fossil of a Pliosaur, a fierce predator of the Jurassic seas of 200 million years ago. Scientists think pliosaurs ambushed their prey ang like crocodiles togay, tore them apart by biting and twisting. The scale model shows the pliosaur's four strong paddles used for swimming by "underwater flight". The skeleton was found in a lime quarry at Barrow-upon-soar, Leicestershire, in 1851. The barrow pliosaurs has been used as the village's emblem. It is called the " Kipper", there it is on "Kipper island".

Study

Now, I'm not every missing my family, and I must study hard. I want to pass my language course, and study in leicester uni. I spend a lot of time doing my homework and reading everyday. I mark down any words which I don't know the mean. I read the book again and again to remember the grammar and the improtant point. Also the pronunciation of the words. Grammar is really hard for me. I don't know how to do it.

My happiest day

My happiest day was on 4th April 2009. On that day there was a concert in Nan'jin, China. I went there, because the concert was my favourite singer, Dong Bang Xin Ki they are the band's name. I just love one person in the band, HERO JAE JOONG. He is very handsome and he sounds is very good, some people said he sounds like a rainbow, he can sing any kind of songs. OK, come back, why was I so happy? Because that day I saw him and I was very close to him. The distance from me to him like if I stretched I can touch him. The feeling was hard to say, I love him about 4 years, on that day I saw him, the real person in front of me.

Don't cry, please. But why I feel so sad, and my eyes streaming with tears. Are you happy at here? I don't know. I don't know what things I was think about. I don't know the reason for why I feel so sad, why I cry. I feel so tired, I don't know what I am doing now. I don't have any goal. I don't have power to do anything, I don't know what I want to do in the future. Who can help me, who can have a chat with me, then tell me what can I do. I want someone can know me.

Sunflower

I like this picture. It is very beautiful.
when the first time I saw it, I didn't know the light, the warm yellows light was from sun or the sunflowers.
It take me breath away, I never see a sea of flowers like this.
before the sun went down, when the last sunshine lit up flowers. All of the flowers splay out and absorb energy from the sun, let we saw the beautiful side before they closed their vanes.

the story of snail

Many years ago, I read a story about snail. It's very meaningful.

One day, a young snail ask his mother:"Why we must ??? the shell when we born?"
Mother:"Because me didn't have bones to support our body, we just can creep and slowly, so we need the shell to protect us."

snail:"But why caterpillar didn't have the too heavy, too hard shell? they also didn't have bones and creep slowly."
mother:"Because they can to be a butterfly, the sky will protect them."

snail:"The earthworm didn't have bones, creep slowly and can't to be a butterfly. why they also don't have the too heavy, too hard shell?"
mother:"Because they can drilled in earth, the earth can protect them."

the snail crying:"why just we are so pitiful? the sky and the earth do not protect us."
mother:"So we have the shell. we don't depend on the sky, we also don't depend on the earth,we depend on ourselves."

Golden key Isgaard

I had a dream when I found the golden key
saved all the poor and set the children free
broke every chain and I could even fly
I thought I’d be in the sky
I want to know where to find this golden key
high on the mountain or deep down in the sea
they said all roads come together one day
but where I find my own way
so listen to your soul
the way to reach your goal
it's way to deep inside
just trust your inner godso overcome your fear
and find your treasure here
on searching for a land
you've forgotten in your heart
you can be a hero
it's more than mystery
but word of courage can make the darkness flee
there's that one know where the one of weakness gone
and time I’m trying on
so listen to your soul
the way to reach your goal
it's way to deep inside
just trust your inner god
so overcome your fear
and find your treasure here
on searching for a land
you've forgotten in your heart

My HERO My LOVE

In the world have one person named KIM JAE JOONG.
He is the singer in the group TVXQ. They have five people. He's stage name is HERO.
He like sing song, so he use his life to sing.

He said:"TVXQ is my life, if not have tvxq, there will no me."

When he was 14 years old, he left home went to Seoul, where can help he's dream come ture.
During the day, he learned singing, then he went to work part-time, he had 4 or 5 part-time every day,but he was so young, so he just could earn a little money.
When he didn't have money to pay the accommodation, he just slept at underground.
When he felt hungry, he was eating the noodles who leftovers from a meal.
But he never regret.

Nowadays, he is the super star, he is famous.
He use his time, blood, love, life to work terribly for he's dream. So TVXQ is his life.

he is a hero
our hero
whatever happened
we will be right here
waiting for him
whatever we do trust you
whatever we want to protect you
we know that you won't give up

The tattoos on his back is
"TVFXQ SOUL"
"HOPE TO THE END"
"The pleasures of the mighty are the tears of the poor."
"A song will outlive sermons in the memory."

Monday, 2 March 2009

The good sentence.

Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.

Miracles sometimes occur, but one has to work terribly for them.

However mean your life is,meet it and live it;do not shun it and call it hard names.

In your life, there will at least one time that you forget yourself for some one, asking for no result ,no company,no ownership nor love.just ask for meeting you in my most beautiful years.

Don't waste your time on a man/woman,who isn't willing to waste their time on you.Just because someone dosen't love you the way want them to doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have.

Sagittarius

Saturday 21 February

Romance is on the cards today, but with a catch. The person you're flirting with is either firmly attached elsewhere, or completely unsuitable for some other reason - or both! It's very flattering to have his attention, but you could be playing with fire. Try to stay rational and don't get involved if you have any doubts at all.

When I return to laundry room, we put the money in the machine and it was working, then I found I also forgot up the detergent in the machine, but the machine can't stop, so we need came back after 50 minutes.
After 50 minutes, I went to the room, put the detergent and money in the machine, then it got to work.
